Dragonfly - by Bryan Burrough

Book Review, © Copyright 2000, Jim Loy

This book is the story of the Russian/American collaboration on MIR, the Soviet space station. It is a fascinating story of men and women doing great things, and making amazing blunders, in space, in Russia, and in the USA. It is the story of two nearly fatal accidents, a fire and a collision. Great story, a little long for my tastes, and flashbacks within flashbacks confused me somewhat. But I really enjoyed most of the book.
